VISA Invitations
If you require a VISA letter for your participation, you must complete the registration process first. Once your registration and payment is confirmed, you will then be able to access the form to request an invitation letter.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellation policy: Substitutions can be made at any time. All cancellations must be made in writing in email to [email protected]. A full refund will be issued as long as the cancellation notice is received by 8 April 2024.
