Dr. Potrie graduated in Law and International Relations at Law School at Republic University in Uruguay. He finished his studies in Corporate Management for Latin America in Japan and Executive MBA in University of Montevideo.
He is member of the Advisory Board of Agribusiness Global Media and currently Director of TAFIREL www.tafirel.com, a holding of companies in Agribusiness in main countries of Mercosur, based in Uruguay, with branches in Argentina, Paraguay and Bolivia. Tafirel is member of Campo Limpio and Uruguayan Chamber of Industries.
He is President of the Binational Chamber of Commerce Uruguay-People’s Republic of China www.ccuch.org.uy and member of the Board of the National Chamber of Fertilizers and Phytosanitary Products www.canaffi.org
